Henry was born August 15, 1933, in Brockway Township to Theodore and Cecelia (Beam) Friedrich. At age 15, he went to work for Kroska Motors in Holdingford. He enlisted in the US Army and served in the Korean War. He started Friedrich's Auto in 1954. On June 21, 1956, Henry married the love of his life, Dolores Spoden, at St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church in St. Augusta.
Henry was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus Bishop Trobec Council #5276, St. Stephen American Legion Post #221, St. Cloud Loyal Order of Moose #1400, and the St. Stephen Lions Club.
He was ambitious, mechanically-inclined and a "jack-of- all-trades". He was always on the go, enjoyed going up north, taking his family camping, traveling around the country and he loved working with his sons at the shop. He was a devout husband and a wonderful father and grandfather who left us with many memories to cherish. Heaven gained a very hard-working and intelligent angel. We will miss you dearly, Rooster.

My condolences to Russ,Roger, Randy, Doug, and the rest of the family for the loss of Hank. He could always crack me up with a joke or make me laugh when he'd go off on a tangent about something he didn't like. One really nice man who raised some great kids. That is the wonderful legacy Hank left.

Words cannot express the sorrow nor the pain of losing a loved one, just know there is comfort in cherished memories and family to share in the sorrow. On the positive side, the two brothers are re-united after 25 years of separation.
