I sure miss Rick standing behind the counter at Gander Mountain with us. He had a unique way of cutting straight to the point and keeping the gun guys in check, and as a result he helped mold some of the best employees we have had into good men as well. I know that I miss working with him and everyone that was close to him at Gander did as well. He was truly one of a kind.

I was just thinking about Rick the other day. I will never forget how nice he was to me when I was little. I wonder how many times he took me to the Dairy Queen before he picked up Jackie for a date. Thinking of your family.
