Jan, I am so saddened for you and for your extended family to hear of the death of your sister. Having met only your brother and family (from Texas?) one July 4 I had no idea you had more siblings. She sounds remarkable and clearly played a huge role in your family. My condolences to all of you! With love, Bobbie

Marie was an amazing woman that gave passionately to others every day. She shared her love of cooking with her friends. Marie helped me develop the Junior Ambassador program for the American Cancer Society in Arkansas. She loved working with these High School students through teaching and learning their world as young individuals. She always had time for others even though she was busy. I loved that she was private, but so social all in one. She will be missed by so many! Thank you Marie for the many years that you taught myself and others to invest in people. I went to school with Marie back in the mid-60s. I recall several of us going to see The Sound of Music for her birthday. She was a lovely, intelligent woman. My condolences to her loved ones.
