Aron Lindell Obituary

Aron Lindell

Aron Lindell departed this life on December 18, 2017 after a protracted battle with brain cancer. Aron leaves behind the love of his father, Michael Oreskovich, his mother, Julie Lindell, and his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.

Aron graduated with a degree in physics from the University of Minnesota. Most recently he was employed by Orbital ATK in Minneapolis. He had an inherent gift with mathematics and logical theory and enjoyed the certainty involved in solving problems. However, anyone who knew him would say that Aron's true gift was in the relationships he formed. Recognizing that there is an uncertainty and messiness that accompanies relationships with others not found in mathematics, Aron accepted people - flaws and all - and believed that loving others and being loved is what makes for a rich life. He had a kind and open heart, a wonderfully quick wit and was a great listener. As a result, whenever you asked anyone who knew him to: "tell me about Aron," the answer always started out the same - a short pause, followed by a smile.

Aron met his final days demonstrating the same characteristics by which he lived his life: bravery, honesty, and compassion for those around him. He will be missed by all who were graced to know him. This world is a lesser place without him.

Memorial is planned for January 14, 2018, 3:00 PM, at the Lake Forest Park Civic Club, 17301 Beach Dr. NE, Lake Forest Park, WA 98155.

In lieu of gifts, please make contributions in Aron's name to the Brain Cancer Research Fund, Mayo Clinic Foundation, Department of Development, Mayo Clinic, 200 First St. SW, Rochester, MN 55905.

Offering my deepest condolences to Aron's mother, father and the rest of the family. I cannot imagine what you are going through losing someone so young. God feels your sorrow and pain and sees your tears.

May happy memories and good times spent with
Aron carry you through and may the God of all comfort sustain you through this distressing time. (Psalm 46:1)
