Ben's greatest love was his family, his joy was fishing and his passion was cooking. He shared his love of the outdoors by taking his family camping in the San Juan Islands. His favorite pastime was fishing, over which he developed many lasting friendships. Ben was a veteran and learned to cook in the Army. He enjoyed cooking throughout his life, creating delicious meals out of the most basic ingredients. For the record, he made the best gravy ever! Ben touched many lives with his humor and generous spirit. Services are pending. Many thanks to Evergreen Hospital's CCU nurses Sarah, Saovapa and Jo. Thank you also to the caring staff at Life Care Center Kirkland. Special Thanks to Dr. Vossler and Dr. Lonergan.
