He belonged to clubs and societies too numerous to name. He leaves behind his wife and best friend of 28 years Pamela J. Johnson and their nine spoiled cats. He was proud to call Jeffrey Dexter Johnson his son. His sister Donelda Barnhill and her son Dr. Gregory L. Barnhill reside in Kansas City. He lived hard, loved hard and was famous for his relentless sense of humor. He had a passion for jazz, martinis and his Porsche. Life will be much more boring without him. Contributions to the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center are suggested.
