Frank D. MANLEY Frank D. Manley, 90, of Bellevue, WA, passed away Sun., Jan. 23, 2011, in Kansas City, KS. A service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Sat., Jan. 29, 2011, at Grand Court of Kansas City, 501 W. 170th. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests gifts to Cedar Cove Feline Sanctuary or a charity of the donor's choice. Born in Wichita, KS, Frank went to work for Boeing Aircraft in May 1939, traveling the world as a field service engineer, and retired in 1987 from Boeing in Everett, WA. He was a lifetime member of the amateur Sports Car Club of America, the International Race Drivers Club, and the Society of Vintage Racing Enthusiasts. He was a member of the Overlake Presbyterian Church in Bellevue, WA. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Joan Manley, a daughter from a previous marriage, Marlis Broadhead, 4 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
