George B. Simpson
George B. Simpson died unexpectedly on July 27, 2014. He was born in November, 1931 in Corpus Christi, TX. He graduated from Ballard High School, and earned a BBA at Seattle University. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep, and was an avid history buff. One of the greatest joys of his later years was attending the Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Senior Center where he had many friends. George will be remembered for his sense of humor and love of the written word.
He is survived by three of his four children: David Simpson, Mary Ann Cravens (Don), and Amy Black (Bob). Their oldest son, Larry, died in 2010. George and his wife, Barbara, had been married 43 years when she died in 1999. He is also survived by six grandchildren, one great-grandson, his best friend and brother-in-law Chuck, his sisters Maryo and Zan, and numerous nieces and nephews.
At George's request, donations may be made in his name to the Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Senior Center or to Alzheimers Research, in remembrance of his wife Barbara.

at Christ the King Catholic Church
