Lori was a sweet beautiful Lady. We talked about dogs, books, flowers and many other things. She told me I was the sister she never had, I am. I know we will see each other again someday. We will miss her until then.

Lori always had a ready smile and was a kind and gentle soul. She had the great ability to truly listen to others which is a rare quality. She will be missed by all of us who were touched by her grace and kindness. I think of her often and so happy that she graced the world, even though it was too short of a time. Her legacy is a family that loved her and will have happy memories for years to come.

I was so upset to hear about Lori's passing. She was a wonderful woman! I so appreciated her support of me as a special ed teacher and her friendly interactions away from school. I was blessed to have known her. Hugs and comfort to the family!

Lori, Thank you for all the great memories and adventures I had growing up. Our families spent so much wonderful time together, the cross country ski trips complete with tailgate lunches & hot beverages, berry & mushroom picking, scout trips and picnics, I will never forget and always cherish them. Your snickerdoodle cookies always put such a smile on my fathers face.

Mike and Michael, I am so sorry for your loss and send my sincere condolences.

I worked with Lori her last years at the District office and enjoyed her so much. We had such a fun time with each other. She felt like a kindred spirit because she was German, as was my family. She actually was my "translator" when I needed to communicate....over the phone or by mail.... with my relative in Germany! I miss her humor, her feistiness, her intelligence, and those beautiful brown eyes!

Oh Lori, my dear friend, I miss you so very much. My heart is broken, but so glad you now are at peace. We have had 40 years of family fun and memories. It all started with Cub Scout Den Moms and continued through the years with countless activities always ending with good food. Darold and I loved your great sense of humor and what Darold referred to as Lori-isms. You were and are my inspiration...my best friend ever.
My deepest sympathy to Mike, Michael and family. Such a special lady, she will never be forgotten.

I have many fond memories of working with Lori in the Shoreline School District. During the ups and downs of a typical day, she was so professional, but yet so personal and kind. She was part of the glue that made our Office a fun place to be. Lori was always ready to share a story, and give us her laughter. Our weekly staff meetings were a hoot. She's gone from us much too soon.
