Dr. Shadi A.H. Abuolba

Dr. Shadi A.H. ABUOLBA (1974 ~ 2011) Dr. Shadi Abuolba was born on August 13, 1974 in Egypt. He died peacefully in his sleep at Swedish Medical Center (Seattle) on Wednesday September 14, 2011. He was buried at Covington, Washington on September 16, 2011. Cause of death: complications from cancer. Dr. Shadi Abuolba earned his M.D. degree in 1998 from I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University in Russia. He immigrated the same year to the United States in hopes of establishing a career in General Internal Medicine where he later met his wife, Rianna Richards in 2003. On March 31, 2006 Dr. Shadi Abuolba and Rianna Richards were married in Michigan, six months afterwards, they moved and took up residence in Seattle until his time of death. He is remembered as a loving, caring and wonderful husband - their five years of marriage were filled with love, devotion and happiness. A real love story. Dr. Shadi Abuolba was loved by his wife, family, friends and co-workers in Seattle as well as friends in Russia, Michigan State and other parts of the United States. He is greatly missed. Dr. Shadi A.H. Abuolba is survived by his wife, Rianna Richards; his mother, Zakia Abuolba; his only brother, Fady Abuolba; as well as his extended family.
