Brian Y. KUSAKABE Died on November 7, 2002 in a local hospital at the age of 42. He is survived by his father, Dr. Peter T. Kusakabe; brothers, Dr. Kent K., Perry T. (Janet), and Ward T. Kusakabe; niece, Lisa Marie Kusakabe, all of Bellevue. Brian was a member of the National Certification Agency. He was a long time employee of Quest Diagnostics. A Funeral Service will be held at 6 p.m. on Saturday, November 16th at the Seattle Buddhist Church, 1427 S. Main, Seattle. A Visitation will be held from 12 Noon to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 15th at the Butterworth-Arthur Wright Chapel, Queen Anne, 520 West Raye, Seattle, (206) 282-5500. The family suggests remembrances be sent to the Walter Payton Cancer Fund, 3150 Salt Creek Lane, #122, Arlington Heights, IL. 60005.
