Christopher Jennings Obituary
Christopher Paul "Chris" Jennings, 66, died at home in Olympia on Wednesday, August 10, 2016, with family and friends around him. Chris lived with a rare and, until recently, untreatable cancer, gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST), for 17 years.
Chris is survived by his spouse, Ann M. Vandeman, and daughter, Geraldine Vandeman Jennings, of Olympia; brothers, KC Jennings (Barb) of Lopez Island; and Clifford Jennings (Teresa) of Richland; sister, Melanie Jennings (Colby Collier) of Maple Valley; and father, William Jennings of Renton. His mother, Jean Ann Jennings, predeceased him.
A remembrance service will be held on October 2, 2016, 2:00 p.m. at Capital High School in Olympia. For full obituary and service details, please visit
