I did not know him personally but I was impressed by and thankful for the documentaries he made. The last one about impact of stress in childhood on our adult lives was right on target. His accomplishments are more than noteworthy; they are life changing for many people. I'm a retired professor and I referred one of my former students, now a parent with a dyslexic child, to his film. It helped both of them immensely. My condolences to his family and his parents, Robert and Lola. The loss of a child, no matter at what age, is unbearably painful, but certainly they can be very proud of the impact their son had on the lives of others and likely was instilled in their son by them.
Happy Trails, Jamie!! PS Note below...I was never James teacher but did not know else to choose.
