SHELBYVILLE- Betty Barbara Lewis, 68 of Shelbyville, passed away on Saturday, the 5th day of January, 2019, at the Crestview Center of Shelbyville. A native of Shelby County, she was born to the late George William and Margie Ray Goodman Lewis. She was a member of the Olive Branch United Methodist Church of Shelbyville and a retired employee of the National Envelope Company and of the F. B. Purnell Sausage Company. She enjoyed listening to country music.

Her survivors include her three sons, Curtis Williams, and his wife, Angie, of Owensville, Indiana, John Williams and his wife, Ashley, of Pleasureville, and Chris Williams of Shelbyville; her daughter, Sherry Reed of Evansville, Indiana.; her brothers, Marvin Lewis and Richard Lewis, both of Shelbyville; her four grandchildren, Heather, Scott, Imelie, and Dexter.

Memorial services will be conducted at 3:30 P.M., Sunday, the 20th day of January, 2019, at the Olive Branch United Methodist Church, with the Reverend Wallace Votaw officiating. Visitation will be from 1:30 P.M., until 3:15 P.M., Sunday, 20 January 2019, at the Olive Branch United Methodist Church. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Olive Branch United Methodist Church, 6383 Zaring Mill Road, Shelbyville Kentucky 40065 or to the Serenity Center, 536 Frankfort Road, Shelbyville, Kentucky 40065.
