Victoria La Rocca Obituary
February 12, 2000 - June 22, 2017
Victoria Ann La Rocca left us tragically on June 22, 2017 at the age of 17 while enjoying time with friends in San Francisco. Tori was born in San Francisco on February 12, 2000 to loving parents Nick La Rocca and Ashley La Shelle. An extremely talented and diligent student, Tori was a graduate of St. Hilary School in Tiburon and had recently completed her third year at St. Ignatius College Preparatory in San Francisco.Tori was an accomplished athlete, tremendously dedicated friend, and the light of an extended family.
In addition to her Mother and Father, Tori leaves a sister, Alissa, brother Ben, sister Kelly Marshall, stepbrothers Will and Andrew Marshall and stepfather Dave Marshall. Loving granddaughter of Leo and Kappy La Rocca, Laurie La Shelle and Bob Kerslake, and the late Brett La Shelle. Dearest niece of Laura (Tom) Farnham, Fr. Christopher La Rocca, OCD, Mike (Gina) La Rocca, Paul (Amanda) La Rocca, Angela (John) Ghigliazza, Scott (Lauren) La Shelle, and Christopher La Shelle. She leaves many loving cousins and friends too numerous to mention.
Friends may visit Tuesday, June 27th after 5:30pm at St. Ignatius Church, Fulton and Parker, San Francisco where a vigil service will be held at 7:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 28th at 11:30am at St. Ignatius. Parking available at the Koret Center, Turk and Parker Streets, SF. Private interment Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Colma. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Fr. Sauer Academy, St. Ignatius College Preparatory, 2001 37th Ave., San Francisco, CA 94116.
