Kenner Foote Obituary
Kenner Foote

Jun 28, 1932--November 6, 2018

Kenner Foote was one of those civilized old-school types who could only be called a gentleman, always dressed up to go downtown or to the opera, a drawer stuffed with charitable contributions. He was born in Canton, Mississippi on June 28, 1932, took drama and theatre classes, joined the navy, and by the age of 22 had made San Francisco his home for the rest of his life. He was vice-president of Crocker Bank and later president of Equidex investments. At the time of his death, he was sharing a house with friends Adair Lara and Bill LeBlond, two of the many people who will miss him fiercely. He is survived by a sister, Margaret Childers of Texas, and two brothers, Larry Foot of Texas and Joseph Foot of California. There will be a private memorial, and notes of remembrance or flowers may be sent to 95 Scott Street, San Francisco, Ca 94117.
