Nancy Maloney Obituary

Nancy Claire Maloney Early Sunday morning, November 1st, 2009 Nancy passed away peacefully in Sunnyvale California, her home of 52 years. She was born July 17th, 1925 in Spokane Washington to Benjamin and Carlotta Robertson. Nancy's husband, Roy R. Maloney preceded her in death. She is survived by her brother Bryan Robertson of Basking Ridge, New Jersey and her loving daughter, Sheila. Nancy was a long time peninsula resident having attended Park Elementary, San Mateo High School and UC Berkeley University. She was an early supporter of the Children's Home Society and for many years she volunteered her time and talent in floral design and display for Church of The Resurrection in Sunnyvale. Nancy was known by her family and friends for her grace, charm, beauty, impeccable taste and devotion to animals. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her honor may be made to: The Humane Society Silicon Valley www.HSSV.org. Nancy's memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 14th at 2:00 pm in the chapel of St Simon's Church, 1860 Grant Rd. Los Altos where she was baptized.
