Sira Ghelardi Obituary
She started working at 13 to help her family and developed many skills. She had a designer's eye so her passion in life was sewing and became a fashion designer specializing in wedding attire in which her design was featured in Modern Bride magazine. Along with her talent she always had a desire for what she could accomplish giving her heart and soul in making each hand made dress to perfection.
She was always there for us whenever she could help us. We will be forever grateful for her life spent with us and she will be extremely missed. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 6:00 PM with a Vigil Service at 7:00 PM at the Chapel of the Highlands, 194 Millwood Drive in Millbrae. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Epiphany, 827 Vienna St., San Francisco, CA 94112. Committal to follow after the Mass at the Italian Cemetery in Colma.

Sira Ghelardi, a warm, lovely and classy lady.
Sira lovingly made my wedding dress, which was from the NY Diamond Collection, along with my mom's dress, my bride maids and flower girls and my sister Rose's dress who was my Matron of Honor, as wedding day I have never forgotten.
I loved her beautiful craftsmanship and her loving spirit! It's hard to forget someone who gave you so much to remember.
With Sympathy for the entire family. Words can't wipe away our tears. Hugs won't ease our pain. But hold on to our memories that Sira gave us on our special day and everyday. Forever they'll remain.
