A native of Sheboygan, Jeff attended South High School and later earned his associate degree at Concordia University Wisconsin, graduating with a certificate of Lay Ministry, and preached several times at St. Paul Lutheran Church. Jeff was employed the past 10 years at Kohler Company in maintenance stores.

Jeff was a man of great love for his Savior Jesus Christ and had a sincere passion for sharing it with whomever he met. He inspired that same love of Christ in his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Jeff will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 37 years, Julie and his children, Anna (Michael), and Aaron (Martha), along with his grandsons, Gideon and Isaiah (Reseburg) Parmley. Jeff will be dearly missed by his sisters, Cheryl Reseburg and Deb (Jim) Acker; niece, Christine Pierce; nephews, Timothy Pierce, Zach and Austin Acker and his many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and their families. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Conway and Irma Reseburg and his daughter, Gretchen Faith Reseburg.
