Sheboygan - Pama Jo Berlin, age 57, of Sheboygan, died on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. She was born in Sheboygan on August 5, 1961, the daughter of John and Mildred Michaels Hoffmann.

She attended local schools and graduated from Sheboygan South High School in 1979. Pama then furthered her education by graduating from Lakeshore Technical College as a Medical Assistant and attending UW-Whitewater and UW-Milwaukee. On August 31, 1985 she was united in marriage to Jamie Berlin at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sheboygan.

Pama was an Educational Assistant at Longfellow Elementary School for many years and spent many extra hours in organizing parties and activities for the children. She was a current member at Our Saviors Lutheran Church. Pama enjoyed following her sons, nieces and nephews sporting events. She was the Sheboygan South/North Gymnastic Coach for eight years. Pama enjoyed walking her dog "Trixie" and playing the lottery with her sister Lorna, always using the same numbers every time.

Survivors include her husband, Jamie, of Sheboygan; two sons, Dr. Kyle (Dr. Katie) Berlin, of Milwaukee, Ethan (special friend Paige) Berlin, of Sheboygan; one expected grandson on the way, her mother, Millie (Tom) Grasse, of Sheboygan; two sisters, Lorna (Tom) Boje and Darla (Billy) Free, both of Sheboygan; nephews and nieces, Tyler, Nolan and Lizbeth Free, Natasha and Krista Hoffmann, Katie Sina, Nicole, Alex, Anna and Abby Berlin; two brothers-in-law, Michael (Kathy) Berlin, of Indiana, David (special friend Theresa) Berlin, of Sheboygan; a sister-in-law, Julie Sina, of California and her best friend, Lori Bondar, of California. She is further survived by many other relatives and friends. Pama was preceded in death by her father, John Hoffmann, a brother, John Hoffmann, a sister-in-law, Libby Berlin and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, James and Joan Berlin.

A memorial service for Pama will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at Our Saviors Lutheran Church, 917 Mead Ave., Sheboygan with Rev. James Schulz officiating. Family and friends may gather at the church on Tuesday afternoon from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service at 5:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in her name and may be directed to the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice or the Vince Lombardi Caner Center.

A heartfelt thank you is extended to Dr. Kumar, all the nurses and Nurse Practitioner, Nancy McLaughlin at the Vince Lombardi Cancer Center and the staff at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for the compassion and care that was given to Pama during this difficult time.
