Born April 16, 1940, in Superior, WI, Pat was a daughter of the late Clarence and Leola Thompson Hack. She graduated from Cathedral High School, Superior, WI, class of 1958. On February 28, 1985, she was united in marriage to Donald Burtard at St. Dominic's Catholic Church. The couple was married for 11 years before Donald preceded her in death on September 23, 1996. Pat was previously married to Ronald Albert.

Over her years in Sheboygan, Pat was employed by J.C. Penney, Wayne Hummer & Associates, Security First National Bank and Burtard Antiques

Pat was an active member and faithful supporter of St. Dominic's Catholic Parish for more than 40 years. She was very generous in giving to and working at the Northside Food Pantry. She was a Communion Distributor and Greeter for many years. In addition, Pat was co-president of the Sheboygan Area COPD Support Group.

Family was very important to her and she was so proud of all her children and grandchildren. She spoke of them lovingly and often. Pat loved socializing with her friends; she loved playing cards and belonged to several card clubs. Pat loved to gamble with trips to Oneida Casino and also trips to Las Vegas and Laughlin, NV. The years she spent in Casa Grande, AZ were good times for her. She made friends there and enjoyed the weather. She also played lots of cards there. She did keep in touch with her Sheboygan friends when she was gone.

She is survived by three children, Donna (Chip) Weber, Raleigh, NC, Randall (Shari) Albert, Hatley, WI, David (Brenda) Albert Howards Grove, WI; seven grandchildren, Ryan Albert, Kathy (Jake) Cross, Sarah Albert, Mitchel Albert, Ashley Hopf, Dylan Hopf, and Marshall Albert; one sister, Mary Alice (Ronald) Albert, Hot Springs Village, AR, two brothers, Robert (Char) Hack, The Villages, FL, John Hack, Superior, WI; one cousin, Jeanne (Rod) Haulenbeek, Reno, NV; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 27, 2013, at St. Dominic's Catholic Church, 2133 N. 22nd St., with the Rev. Philip D. Reifenberg, pastor, as celebrant. Relatives and friends are welcome at the Church on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of mass. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name for Sheboygan County Cancer Care Fund, St. Dominic Food Pantry or Paralyzed Veterans of America

Pat was strong in her faith and had an amazing spirit. She will be missed.
