Sandra Silvis

Kiel - Sandra M. Silvis, 75, of Kiel, was welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Oak Creek Assisted Living.

Sandra was born on August 14, 1945, in Two Rivers to Reuben and Elizabeth (Fanslau) Hawkins. She was a graduate of Sheboygan North High School in 1963.

Sandra had a strong Christian faith. She was a very talented seamstress. and held many jobs over the years. Sandra was an avid Green Bay Packer fan and never missed watching a game.

Sandra is survived by her children, Patricia (Brian) Van De Loo of Elkhart Lake, William Rath of Rockford, IL, Charity Silvis of Sioux City, IA; two grandchildren. She is further survived by three half-brothers, two half-sisters, two step-sisters, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Richard "Dick" Hawkins; and her second husband, James Silvis.

Per Sandra's wishes, private family services will be held.

Family would like to extend a special thank you to Oak Creek Assisted Living, Unity Hospice Green Bay, and Heartland Hospice for all their kindness and compassionate care of Sandra.
