Michael Erdmann Obituary

Michael M. Erdmann

Michael Marvin Erdmann, age 60, of Plymouth went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at St. Luke Medical Center in Milwaukee.

He was born in Two Rivers on April 26, 1954 son of Marvin and the late Bernice (Erickson) Erdmann.

He attended grade school and graduated from Armstrong High School in Neenah in 1972 and furthered his education, studying at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

On August 10, 1984 he married Julie Scott at Grace Lutheran Church in Omro.

He was an active member of Grace Lutheran Church in Elkhart Lake, where he worked with the Youth Group, served as a Trustee, ushered, and was a member of the Choir.

In his free time he was active with the 4-H clubs, loved all kinds of music, especially attending live concerts in the park, and camping with his family.

Through out his working career he served the nursing field working at Omro Care Center, The Waterford (formerly Libby's House) of Plymouth, and Rocky Knoll Health Care Facility, where he worked for the past 29 years.

He is survived by wife Julie of Plymouth, two daughters; Ayla Erdmann (Matthew Sproehlich) of Milwaukee, Mariah Erdmann of Plymouth, his father Marvin Erdmann of Elkhart Lake, a sister Andrea (Kevin) Byrnes of Neshkoro, WI and a sister-in-law Dee Ann Erdmann of Oshkosh. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother Bernice and a brother David Erdmann.

Memorial services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Grace Lutheran Church in Elkhart Lake with the Rev. Peter Peitsch officiating. Friends may call at the church on Friday evening January 9, 2015 from 4 to 7 PM and again on Saturday from 9:30 AM until the time of service.
