Donald Reinhardt Obituary
A native of Shelby and resident of Aiken for 60 years, Donald was the son of the late Erman and Margaret Yarboro Reinhardt. Donald was employed by E. I. du Pont de Nemours in Patrol for 25 years and as an E&I Mechanic before retiring from DuPont. Following his retirement from DuPont, Donald worked for Wackenhut in their Communications Department. During Donald's retirement years he enjoyed time with his family and grandchildren, in addition to being a daily walker at the Aiken Mall.
He was also preceded in death by his aunts and foster mothers Essie and Bessie Reinhardt and his brothers Flay, Bob and Dick Reinhardt.
Survivors include Donald S. Reinhardt, Jr. (Debbie) and Patsy Ferguson (Bill) of Aiken and Margaret Reinhardt of Charlotte. Additional survivors include three grandchildren, who were Donald's pride and joy, Tyler Anderson, Salina Reinhardt and Will Ferguson.
Visitation: The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service.
Funeral Service: Thursday, 11 a.m. at George Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Aiken

DEAR AUNT MARGIE AND FAMILY, SO SORRY THAT WE WON'T BE THERE FOR YOU BUT KNOW IN YOUR HEART WE ARE THERE. WE'LL MISS UNCLE DON AND HIS MANY CUPS OF COFFEE HE ALWAYS HAD AT FAMILY GATHERINGS. KNOW THAT WE LOVE YOU ALL VERY MUCH. THERESA SHULL LUTZ AND FAMILY
