17th August, aged 40 years, with her immediate family by her side.
Much loved daughter, sister, granddaughter and friend to all.
Funeral at South Shields Crematorium Monday
6th September at 11.15am.
Family flowers only, donations to Customs House, South Shields.
A donation box will be provided
at the crematorium.
If desired, wear bright colours.
