Sallie Marion Walker Lee
Shreveport, LA - Mrs. Lee passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2012, at her residence. Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 15th, at Osborn Funeral Home. Graveside services will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 16, 2012 at Forest Park Cemetery, St. Vincent Ave. Officiating will be Rev. Trey Lewis.
Mrs. Lee was a native of Ajax, LA and a resident of Shreveport since 1962. She was a member of Broadmoor United Methodist Church. She loved her family, kids, grandchildren and especially her great granddaughter.
Mrs. Lee was preceded in death by her parents, Nora and Chester Walker; brother, C. J. Walker; sister, Sandra Bolton; nieces, Sandra Claire Whalen. She is survived by her husband, Sam T. Lee, Jr.; children, Linda McBee and husband, Reginald and Laura Elizabeth Tidwell; son, Sam T. Lee, III; grandchildren, Richard E. Tidwell, Courtney N. Tidwell, Melissa, Robert and Matthew McBee; one great granddaughter, Isabella N. Tidwell; and sister, Gale Whalen.
Pallbearers will be Reginald McBee, Matthew McBee, Robert McBee, Dan Praytor, Ryan Bolton and Richard Tidwell. Honorary pallbearer will be Doris Driever.
The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Robert Hernandez and Dr. Himanshu Desai.

Sammy, I am so sorry for your sorrow and I pray that God in His wisdom will continue to bless you and your family. I will always remember Sally and the years we shared at Coushatta High School and then the times we shared an apartment after our graduation. God be with you. Skiter

Sallie lee was ,a mentor,a friend and the mom of my best friend .over the 35 years she taught me many things and the fun Sallie,Gail,Sandy and I had at la downs are some of the best times of my life !! Sallie you have done so much for so many ,my you finally R.I.P ...You will live forever in all those who's life you have touched .May God bless you and may your family find pease knowing your no longer in pain and are at Gods side forever !
