Matthew Tyler Harris

FARMINGTON, MO - Tyler Harris, age 12 of Farmington, passed away Wednesday, March 06, 2013 at St. Louis Children's Hospital. He was born January 5, 2001 in Festus. Tyler loved football, especially the Arkansas Razorbacks, and had hopes to play for them one day. He played with the Mineral Area Football League, Blitz.

He is preceded in death by his uncle, Jonathan Harris.

Tyler is survived by parents, Tim and Katie Harris and Corrie and Dean Stevens; siblings, Caleb Harris, Eli Stevens, Layne Mayberry, Elizabeth Mayberry, and Teagan Stevens; grandparents, Ed and Joyce Crouch, David and Yolenda Harris, Glen and Leeanne Vest, Roger and Ruth Stevens, Don and Stephanie Johnston, and Jackie Johnston; great-grandmothers, Opal Johnston and Wilma Lewis.

Visitation will be held at New Hights Church, Saturday, March 9, 2013 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and will resume Sunday, March 10, 2013 at 1:00 PM. The service will follow at 2:00 PM with Rev. Rocky Good and Rev. Jonathan Jones officiating. Interment will be private. Memorials may be given to The Walker Johns Foundation.
