Alice Pedro Kent
BOSSIER CITY, LA - Funeral services for Alice Pedro Kent, 92, will be 9:30 a.m. Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Rose-Neath's Bossier Chapel. Officiating will be The Very Reverend James E. Flowers, Jr., Rector of St. George's Episcopal Church. Interment will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery, Shreveport, LA. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Bossier City, LA.
Mrs. Kent was born February 8, 1920 in Vidalia, LA to Sam and Concetta Pedro and passed away December 17, 2012 in Shreveport, LA. She was a homemaker and a member of St. George's Episcopal Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Joe W. "Pete" Kent, as well as by her parents.
She is survived by her sister, Marie Pedro Bassett of Bossier City, LA and a host of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staffs of Glenview Gardens and The Glen for their loving care.
