Madison, MS - Susan Cunnningham Benham lost her battle to metastatic breast cancer on Friday, October 26, 2018. She was surrounded by her family as she ended her heroic battle.

She was also a member of the Demoiselle Club and the Junior League of Shreveport.

Susan married John Robert Benham, Jr. in 1992. She and John moved to Madison, MS in 1997. She was a banker for 20 years and worked in the accounting field for Roberts, Cherry and Company and then for Benham Cherry.

Susan was preceded in death by her husband John Robert Benham, Jr., who died two months ago on August 8, 2018, her parents Marion and Claude Cunningham, and grandparents Virginia and Ed Crawford and Emily and Estill Cunningham.
