Sending deepest condolences to Stella and the family. Norville was a very close neighbor and friend of my father's for many years. They would sit in the driveway or on the deck for hours talking about everything from investments and stocks to current events and beyond. He always had a friendly smile and something funny to say whenever I was around. He will genuinely be missed. May he rest in eternal peace.

I worked with Norville at The Standard Chartered Bank on Water Street in downtown Manhattan in the early 1990's for several years. Norville was quite a vibrant character and everyone liked him. Seeing he passed away here at age 77 brings back a lot of good memories of those old days when we were investigators in the Funds Transfer Dep't so long ago.May he now rest in peace.

I knew Norville from Vacation Playground at PS 1 in Tottenville. I always thought he was a nice guy and his obit indicates that he had a nice life. RIP my friend & God Bless You.
