Passed away at the Veron Jubliee Hospital, Vernon B.C. on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at the age of 84, formerly of Moonstone. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy (April 1996). Loved father of Cindy Stothers of Washago, Sherry Ansley (Michael) of Forest Home, and Kelly Duck of Bracebridge. Loved grandfather of Holly Leppard, Clayton Ansley (Courtney), Caleb Ansley (Danielle), Dorothy Duck, and Hannah Duck. Great-grandfather of Jayme Turner, Mireya Loucks, Emma Loucks, Corbin Ansley, Colton Ansley, Carter Ansley, and Ellie Ansley. Brother of Marion Cowan of Craighurst and the late Shirley Brown. Brother-in-law of Wilma Nash of Severn Township. Carlyle was a loving and supportive father which gave his daughters a memorable childhood. Following his retirement in 1990 as a surveyor for the MTO, along with his wife Dorothy enjoyed entertaining as DJ's locally until Dorothy's death in 1996. Following cremation in Vernon, B.C. a graveside service will be held St. George's Anglican Cemetery, Fairvalley at a later date.
