Elliott "Shawn" Salisbury

The family of Elliott 'SHAWN' Salisbury of Midland, are very very saddened to announce his passing on December 9, 2020 at the age of 38 years. Shawn will forever be lovingly remembered by his mother, Susan E. Kuchar and his stepfather, Michal Kuchar and their son Tristan. Shawn will also be remembered by his father, Elliott F. Salisbury and his wife, Doreen Salisbury, and their sons Codi and Michael; and his grandfather Elliott Salisbury Shawn is pre-deceased by his grandfather William V. Grant, Aunt Laurie J. Grant and grandmother Isabel Murphy Beaulieu and Bryan Salisbury. Shawn will be greatly missed by his living grandmother Francis Cleaver, her husband Howard Cleaver. He was loved dearly by his Uncle James Grant & Wendy, Aunt Michelle Grant Hunt, Aunt Paula Grant and Dave Desroches and Uncle Billy Grant and his many cousins. Shawn was born in Calgary Alberta, grew up in Barrie and Midland where he worked in the construction industry. Shawn lived his life with an overflowing abundance of energy for skateboarding, snowboarding, lacrosse and basketball. He had a heart of gold, infectious laughter and endless generosity to all. He was passionate at fishing, playing guitar and drums and listening to music. He was very creative at writing, drawing, tattooing, and liked to modify to improve how things work. He also liked 'Old School' cars. Shawn loved animals and always had a dog or cat by his side. Shawn will be greatly missed by his many friends in the Midland area and the Barrie 'Crew'. There will be a Memorial Service at a later date. If you wish, please give to the Sick Kids Foundation. 'Love you mommy'
