Frances Van Hall Obituary
SUN CITY, AZ - Frances Rebecca Van Hall, 98, of Sun City, Ariz., passed away Sunday, May 15, 2016, in Legends Senior Living in Peoria, Ariz.
Frances was born Feb. 25, 1918, in Decatur, Ill., the daughter of Pansy (Hollenbeck) and Louis Harrison Moore. She married Oscar Frederick Van Hall Jr. on Dec. 7, 1940.
She worked at Decatur Title Company, Black and Company, and retired from the Illinois Department of Revenue.
Frances leaves behind her son, Gary Lee Van Hall of Sun City, Ariz.; daughter, Carole Sue (Jerry) Bean of Decatur; grandsons, Jarrod Andrew Bean of Tucson, Ariz., and Justin Tyler Bean of Corpus Christi, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, and a very special aunt.
Honoring her wishes, a private family graveside service is planned.
Dawson & Wikoff North Chapel is assisting the family with services.
Memorials may be made to: Central Christian Church, or a charity of the donor's choice.

Gary and family, our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of bereavement. I take it when your Mother worked at Black and Company it was in Decatur, IL; Dulany worked at Black's here in Springfield when we were all in high school...small world. Know that we, as your classmates, are all thinking of you!
