Grace Lynn Ross, 6, of New Carlisle, IN passed away on Friday, March 12, 2021.

Grace was born on October 1, 2014 in South Bend, IN.

Grace is survived by her mother, Michelle Ross and her stepfather, Matthew Penn of New Carlisle; her father, Timothy Howard Jr. of Westville, IN; paternal grandmother, Kelli Howard of South Bend; maternal grandparents, Christina and Donald Ross of Michigan City, IN; maternal great-grandparents, Harold and Shirley Ross of Bremen, IN; paternal Great GG Linda and Grandpa Ricky Jasicki of LaPorte; step-grandparents, Henry and Pam Penn of LaPorte, IN; TT (Aunt) Nicole Ross of Michigan City, Uncle Donald Ross II of Michigan City, Uncle Eric (Becca) Ross of Chicago, IL, Uncle Daniel Penn of LaPorte, Honorary Aunt and Uncle, Kristine and Matt Balding of South Bend; and cousins, Josephine Ross of Chicago and Maya Penn of LaPorte, along with many other family members and friends.

Grace was a student at Olive Elementary School in New Carlisle.

She was the light in the room. The brightest flower in the vase. She could change your mood from bad to good and from good to great. She was friendly, outgoing, kind, cheerful and one of a kind. In short, amazing. She was loved by all and will be missed by many.

Visitation for Grace will be on Friday, March 19, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Palmer Funeral Home - Guisinger Chapel, 3718 South Michigan Street, South Bend, where Funeral services will take place on Saturday, March 20, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Bob Vale officiating the services.
