So sad when I read of her death. We hung out together in the 1980s when we worked at the Health Dept. She was a really good person who loved the Lord. Rest in Peace, Julie.

Julie was an amazing woman who never frowned. She always had a smile on her face that would take over a frown on everyone else's...it was definitely contagious. She will be missed by all who had the good fortune of having their paths cross with hers. My heart hurts for Tony, her family and her friends...whose lives will never be the same.
