A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday August 25th, at 10:00 A.M., in St. Mary's Church, 133 South Worcester St., Norton. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, August 24th, from 4-8 P.M., at the Norton Memorial Funeral Home, 19 Clapp St., (off Route 140, Taunton Ave.), Norton.

So sorry to recently learn of Joe's passing. He was my boss and a friend of many years. He was a brilliant innovator in his field and will be missed by a multitude of people he has helped over the years, including me and my family.

I heard about mr.FERNANDES during the election of Pre.Kennedy,as a student in Portugal.I also know he was a gracious host to portuguese sports teams and artists visiting our communities in New England.He was successful,and aove all a portuguese to be remembered.
