Judith Savaria Obituary
She was born in Mattapoisett and lived in New Bedford and Florida, prior to living in Acushnet a year ago. She graduated from Fairhaven High School and was formerly employed as a Supervisor at Cornell-Dubilier Co for 23 years until her retirement. She was an avid book reader and also enjoyed doing puzzles.
Survivors include her two sons, James E. Savaria and his companion Nancy Faulkner and Jay P. Savaria and his wife Susan, both of Acushnet; a grandson, Daniel J. Cunningham; two brothers, Daniel Raphael of New Bedford and Ernest Raphael of Dunnellon, FL; a sister, JoAnn Sykes of Virginia Beach; several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Paul Raphael.
In accordance with her wishes, her funeral was private. Arrangements by Rock Funeral Home.
