You Don't know me, but I feel like I know you. My niece Katie works with you at the hospital and talks about you often. She tell me that you are an Angel on earth and she really thinks very highly of you. I have been saying prayers for Danny and your Family, and I will continue to. Katie is heart broken for you, and I am too. I,too live in Scituate so if there is ever anything I can do please get in touch with me through Katie. She says you are an Angel on earth, well now there is a special angel in heaven. I am Truly so sorry for your loss.

I can't begin to express my sorrow to your family. To lose anyone is a tradgedy but to lose someone so young is so devastating. Please find some comfort to know that God has him wrapped in his loving arms, for He must have needed an Angel. God Bless your family.

We are all so sorry. Each day awaking I remind myself of Dan's recent passing, that surreal feeling and disbelief. I remember how eager Dan was to play basketball, how much he loved the game and proved it by being one of the few who went on with the high school program.I recall some of the chaotic practices and marvel that come game day they would all pull it together. I remember how Dan and the other football players would come to basketball tryouts in shape, out in front when doing the suicides. I keep that team's picture on my desk, the one taken just after we lost to Hingham. Those were very special times. Seeing you and Anne the other night reminded Joanie and me of those times. Have no doubt that you and Anne are the epitome of great parents. We anguish for the loss of your son and for Jamie the loss of his brother. You are all in our prayers.

Bob, Anne, and Jamey,
Words can't adequately address the sorrow that fills your hearts. I pray to the Lord and the Blessed Mother to give you the strength and courage that you probably don't think you have, but you do. I first met Dan when he was in Third Grade and I worked at Cushing School. Over the years,
Dan and my son Patrick were on baseball teams together. I will always remember him as being so kind and polite. I always loved seeing your family in church each Sunday. Your faith has inspired me during difficult times. You have the entire St. Mary's community praying for you. Your faith will be your source of strength. People love you and want to help you, so let them. Daniel will live on in our hearts forever.
