Hugh was a great man who shared his talents with our City, County and State. He was an icon in the real estate business both locally and statewide. He was a friend to all persons he met in life and always had a smile on his face. He loved his family and his home state, South Carolina. The world is a better place because of his many contributions throughout his life. We shall miss Hugh! The Atkins family are in our prayers!
