Obituary


Betty Lee Coulter Chisholm, 74, passed away Friday, October 12, 2018, in Shelbyville. She was a member of Wakefield Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Mary Coulter; and brother, Roger Coulter.

Survivors include her companion of 30 years and husband of 15 years, Bobby Chisholm, Shelbyville; son, Ricky McKinney, Taylorsville; grandson, Jordyn McKinney; sisters, Connie Lou Colvin, Springfield and Linda Carol Rogers, Shelbyville; brothers, William "Tooter" Coulter and Larry Coulter, both of Louisville, and Sammy Coulter and Bobby Coulter, both of Shelbyville.

Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 16, 2018, at Shannon Funeral Home with Pastor Mavis Bennett and Roy Walls officiating. Burial followed in the Grove Hill Cemetery.

Visitation was from 5 - 8 p.m. Monday, October 15, 2018, at Shannon Funeral Home.
The family would like to express a special thank you to all of Betty's caregivers throughout the years, especially Melissa Rucker and Jamie Chisholm.
