Passed away May 26, 2011 in Spokane, WA. He was born August 6, 1952 in Spokane to Emil and Freda Weber. Blaine graduated in 1970 from Central Valley High School in Spokane Valley, WA. He worked at Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad since 1980 as a switchman and brakeman and became an engineer in 1990. Blaine married Mary Frances Weber on February 14, 2003 in Spokane. He was a member of the Spokane Gun Club and the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers. Blaine loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing trips to Alaska with his brothers-in-law. He also enjoyed biking, hiking and fitness. Blaine was a talented wood worker and craftsman and you could often find him at Home Depot or Cabellas. He was a wonderful person who deeply loved his family. Blaine is survived by his wife, Mary Weber of Spokane; sons, John (Nichole) Weber of Puyallup, WA and Jesse (Lisa) Weber of Redmond, WA; daughter, Rachel (Chris) Schoonover of Spokane; step-sons, Joe Perrizo and Ryan Perrizo, both of Spokane; step-daughter, Michaela (James Abler) Perrizo of Spokane; brothers, Paul (Karen) Weber and Jim (Linda) Weber, both of Spokane Valley; grandchildren, Blake Riley, Marcus Weber, Elise Schoonover and Arianna Weber; numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews; the family of Reno and Kelsey Hatcher of Spokane and the Randall family of Minnesota. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 25 years, Mary Kate Hatcher Weber and sister-in-law, Lisa Hatcher. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 2, 2011 from 6 PM to 7 PM, with a Vigil Service to follow at 7 PM, both at the funeral home.
