Memorial services will be held for Lois Evanoff at 11 am Saturday, May 14, at Manito Methodist Church. Born to Arthur Edward and Clara Fern Green, Lois was raised in Edwall, WA, earned her Masters at EWCE, and taught in Spokane's District 81 for many years. She is survived by her sister, Ruth Duenwald, of Bead Lake, numerous nieces and nephews, and many loving friends. Lois was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Lawrence, six sisters and one brother. Lois and Lawrence built a home (designed by Lawrence) on Tower Mountain - which Lois opened to family, friends, and those in need. She will be long remembered for her generosity and care for everyone, including all the wild creatures and birds. Lunch will follow at 1:00 at the Edwall Methodist Church.
