Jack. Helen. I am so terribly speechless. Your son was a shining light of love and being. I have no words with which to comfort you. Only know that Bear was a blessing.

What a beautiful service and tribute to your loving son, Bear. My wish is that somehow your pain could be eased. Helen, you and Jack are such caring and warm people ...Bear knew he was loved and was fortunate to have had you for parents. He's now at peace in heaven!

Jack and Helen,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. We have such fond memories of could always count on him to light up the room. It seems like just yesterday we were watching him perform with his band at Young Middle School. Our deepest condolences and my God give you the strength to endure! We loved Bear and will miss him dearly.

Bear always had a beautiful smile and offered a comforting hug. I am sure this is how he was received in heaven. May God give your family the comfort you need and the light to see your way through this most difficult time.

Much love and prayers from the Casale family, Bill, Denise, Bryan and Austin.

My son Eric had his football locker next to Bear. He said Bear never said a mean word about anybody, and that he was the nicest kid. You and the world lost a good man.

Words can not express the sadness we feel for your entire family. Bear lit up any room he entered with his smile and very charming personality! He will be missed in this world but heaven has gained a beautiful angel!

Dear Jack, Helen, Light & Jake. We are heartbroken to hear the sad news about Bear and can't imagine how devastated you all must be. Bear and your whole family made our years in Temple Terrace some of the best of our lives. We cherish the memories of Bear and all the Rob Roy kids in & out of our home and sweet Bear will always have a special place in our hearts. No words can diminish the pain and sorrow of losing Bear, but know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear members of the Townsend Family.

It is beyond great sadness that I find myself writing this note. To have read about Bear's passing is just truly heart-breaking.
The Townsend boys and family have, for years, held a very special place in my heart-ever since Light and Helen walked into my kindergarten class!
I just wanted you to know that my heart goes out to all of you, and I hope you will be able to find the strength through faith, family, friends and each other to cope with this.
My deepest thoughts and prayers are with/for you.

Deeply saddened for your loss.. Although I don't know you, I know the unbearable tragedy of losing my son four years ago. Some words I remember are "you never get over it but you get through it". I can say through faith, prayer, & Gods grace you too will get through this heart breaking loss. My thoughts & prayers are with you...
