Donald Varian Obituary
Donald E. Varian of Stamford, CT passed away peacefully on June 27, 2019. He was born in Stamford, CT on December 25, 1927. Donald was a proud Veteran of the US Marines (1945-1949). He was self-employed as a painting contractor for over 60 years. Donald is survived by his wife Eileen Varian, three daughters: Donna Varian, Diana Aulenti and her husband Anthony, Christine Cummings and her husband William. Also survived by 4 loving grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 1 PM on Monday, July 1, 2019 at Roxbury Cemetery on Roxbury Terrace, Stamford, CT.

To my Dearly Beloved Husband Donald, upon celebrating you're Happy 6th anniversary with our Dear Lord in Heaven together with His beloved Saints, Angels, and all loved ones and pets. If roses grow in Heaven, Lord please pick a bunch for me. Place them in my husband's arms, and tell him they're from me.
Tell Donald that I love him, and miss him, and when he turns to smile, place a kiss upon my Donald's cheek, and hold him for a while. Because remembering my Donald is easy, I do it every day, but there is an ache within my heart that will never go away. Until we meet again, my beloved husband Donald in Heaven, my heart is, and always will be yours.

The days go by without you, and each one is the same. My mind is filled with thoughts of you. In tears I call your name. They say that time's a healer, and that life has to go on, but my life will never be the same now that the one I loved is gone. Always on my mind, and in my heart forever. My dearest loving Husband Donald. Happy fifth anniversary in Heaven my darling. I thought of you today, but that is nothing new, I thought of you yesterday and days before that too! I think of you in silence, I often speak your name, all I have are memories, and your picture in a frame. Your memory is a keepsake from which I'll never part.
