Linda Lou Radell, 67, of Garfield Street, Hazleton, died Sunday in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. Born in Hazleton on May 19, 1953, she was a daughter of the late William L. and Thelma (Woodring) Montz. Linda was a former member of the St. John's Primitive Methodist Church, Hazleton, and was employed throughout her life as a cook and housekeeper for various area hotels, including the Forrest Hill Inn and the Comfort Inn. Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were her granddaughter, Brooke Griesing; and brothers and sisters. Surviving are her husband of 50 years, Mark R. Radell Jr.; son, Thomas Montz and his wife, Judith, West Hazleton; daughters, Mary Radell, Hazleton; Deborah Griesing, Weatherly; and Nancy Kolasensky and her husband, Dominic, Hazleton; son, Mark R. "Rocky" Radell III, Sugarloaf Twp.; grandchildren, Jerry Griesing and his fiancée, Lauren Stamm; Matthew Griesing and his fiancée, Falicia Genery; TJ, Brandon, Crystal, Colton and Brenna Montz; and Alexsis Holendak; great-grandchildren, Aaden, Joseph and Elliot Griesing; sister, Gail Lofthouse, Parkside; and brothers, William "JR" Montz, Hazleton; and Randy Montz, Hilton, N.Y.
