Robert E. Walck, 86, passed away Thursday in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Hazleton. Born Sept. 3, 1934, in Hazleton, he is the son of the late Robert and Bessie Hauze Walck. Robert was a quiet man who had many interests and hobbies. In his youth, he sang in the philharmonic. He was a Mason for over 50 years at the Hazle Azalea Fellowship Masonic Lodge 327. He was a proud member of the Hazleton Fun Fest committee and a volunteer fire fighter at the East End Fire Company. Preceding Robert in death are his parents. He is survived by his sisters, Dorothy Stash and her husband, John; Jean Marsyada and Louise Becker. All services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Krapf and Hughes Funeral Homes is assisting the family through their Butler Chapel in Drums.
