Mary Theresa (Scarlato) Boyle Mitchell passed away Sunday. She was raised in Kelayes and a was graduate of Hazleton Senior High School, Class of 1963. She was the daughter of Joseph and Alvera (Angelozzi) Scarlato and the wife of Edward J. Boyle (formerly of Tamaqua), now deceased. She is survived by her husband, David; her children, Brian and Amy Boyle Carroll; and her sister, Barbara Scarlato Peckham.
