Durfey, Jameson Thomas
Jameson Thomas Durfey passed peacefully in the arms of his loving parents on April 25, 2013 at Strong Memorial Hospital of Rochester, NY. Jameson was the son of Benjamin and Brooke Durfey of Dunkirk, NY. His family was blessed with almost six hours with Jameson before he went to his heavenly home at 11:21 pm. Jameson experienced holding hands with his mommy and daddy, hugs and kisses from his family and being told "I love you" an uncountable amount of times. Jameson will always remain his parents' precious baby and they will hold him again in heaven one day. Survivors include his paternal grandparents Frederick and Diana Durfey of Alpine, NY, his maternal grandparents William and Deborah Kubasik of Dunkirk, NY, his great grandparents Thomas and Barbara Burlew of Breesport, NY, Arthur Kubasik of Dunkirk, NY and Rosella Siracuse of Las Vegas, NV, uncles Adam Kubasik of Dunkirk, NY and Joshua (Megan) Durfey of Holly Springs, NC, aunts Amanda (David) Winchell of Fredonia, NY and Sheena Durfey of Alpine, NY cousins Tyler, Brody and Cooper Winchell of Fredonia, NY as well as many great aunts, uncles and cousins. He was proceeded in death by his great grandparents Frederick Sr and Patricia Durfey, Eleanor Kubasik and Louis "Hap" Siracuse. Relatives and friends are welcome to call at Vedder and Scott Funeral Home, 122 N Genesee St in Montour Falls Sunday from 1 to 3 pm. Funeral to be held immediately after at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
