Francis helped me find grace in life regardless of the situation. She was always optimistic, full of love, and always ready to share her heart. It was my pleasure to be called her friend. Thanks to her family for sharing her with all of us! I will always love and miss her . It was a wonderful gift to see her just a couple of weeks ago. She still had great spirit And a generous heart.

I met Brantley in grammar school and Frances as an adult. What an awesome lady! I loved her dearly as did many. She will be greatly missed by all. Love and peace to her family.

I worked with Frances at the health department in the mid 70s and went to nursing school with Beth. Frances was such a delight and was loved by all who knew her. Frances was not just a coworker, she was a dear friend. I can still see her warm smile and hear her infectious laughter. There was usually a bit of mischief going on if Frances was around. She certainly helped to make my time at the HD one of the most memorial work experiences that I have ever had. We were family. I may not have seen Frances many times in the last decades, but she was always in my heart. I believe the world was a better place when Frances was here, and I was blessed to have known her. My sympathy and love to all the family.

I was lucky enough to be with Frances every Thursday to do her hair. If only in life everyone could be a "Frances", is what I say. Frances was so fun to be with and I will miss her dearly. She had the best attitude and joyfully fresh spirit. Shelley Keenan

One of my favorite people to work with...she was always kind to everyone. She never grew old, she was funny, current, playful, and positive...a delight to be around. She loved her family deeply and has left you all with wonderful memories. What a precious lady and friend. I treasure my time spent with her.

I worked with Frances at NHC Health Department in the late 1980's and she left an impression on me as a young nurse that I strived to mimic in my career. Her desk was directly behind mine and I would hear her and Doris Musselwhite talking about their patients in the TB Program. They had a tough job, going out in the streets at times to check on patients, educate them, distribute their meds, and most importantly made them feel loved! I do not have to tell you all how very special she was, but I did feel compelled to tell you how very special she was to all of her co-workers. God's blessings on her Spirit and on all of her loved ones,Carla Schiffel, RN
