BRIAN SCOT GRAVES Brian Scott Graves, 30, of Wilmington and formerly of Wade, NC passed away Friday, June 8, 2018. He was born in Cumberland County, NC on September 11, 1987 the son of Donald E. Graves of Fayetteville, NC and Rita Graves Edwards of Wade, NC. Brian served in Iraq with the Army National Guard during Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2009 to 2010. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiancée, Natalie Des Champs; his brother, Matthew and wife Jenna and their son Jackson; his step father, Mel Edwards; his maternal grandmother, Viola Ward; his uncle, Larry Ward; his five aunts, Vicki Tipps, Deby Fuller, Marlene Reid, Nancy Jean Graves, and Donna Graves; and many loving cousins and extended family. The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at First Baptist Church, 201 Anderson Street, Fayetteville, NC at 1 pm followed by a memorial service at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cumberland County Library, P O Box 53666, Fayetteville, NC 28305-3666 in honor of Brian. Condolences may be sent to the family at
